Payment Policy
Payment is considered part of your treatment plan. To keep healthcare costs manageable and efficient, we require payment at the time of service for any co-payment, deductible, or self-pay balance.
Fees are based on the complexity of the visit and the services provided.
Insurance Billing
As a courtesy, we verify insurance benefits and bill your insurance carrier directly. Patients are responsible for any amounts not covered by insurance, including deductibles, co-insurance, and non-covered services as defined by their plan.
Insurance coverage varies by policy. We encourage patients to understand their benefits and contact their insurance provider with any coverage questions.
We accept many insurance plans, including some out-of-network policies that may still provide partial reimbursement depending on your benefits.
Claims and Statements
While we assist with insurance billing, all charges remain the patient’s responsibility. Any balance determined after insurance processing will be billed to you and is due upon receipt of statement, typically within 30 days.
It is important to notify our office of any changes to your insurance or contact information to avoid delays in claim processing.
Self-Pay Patients
Patients without insurance, or those choosing to self-pay, receive a 20% discount on standard fees when payment is made in full at the time of service. This discount applies only to services paid at the time of the visit and does not apply to past balances.
Auto Injury Claims
We assist patients with auto accident claims by helping verify coverage and filing required documentation. Our staff is experienced in managing these claims and working with attorneys, employers, and insurance carriers to support proper processing of benefits.
Our physicians are registered and approved to provide care under applicable Texas Workers’ Compensation guidelines.
